I support you in resolving challenges within your relationships, both at work and at home. While other people’s actions can have a significant impact on us, what we can ultimately influence is how we respond and how we feel.
If you are going through a divorce, you may find it difficult to move forward. I can help you take a step back and develop the mental and emotional resources needed to navigate ongoing contact with a former partner, or to gently let go if you still feel attached to the relationship.
If you feel stuck in unhelpful relationship patterns, there may be a variety of underlying reasons. Through our sessions, I can help you recognise and shift these pattern, supporting you in changing behaviours, perspectives, and emotional responses. This may include learning how to mentally detach or building the foundations for healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Workplace relationships can also be challenging. Colleagues or managers may affect your wellbeing, and together we can identify the resources you need to feel more resilient and less impacted. If you are considering a change, coaching sessions can also help you gain clarity on what you want from a new role.
