Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight begins with building a positive relationship with food and exercise. Often, it’s motivation, or the temptation of unhealthy choices, that can get in the way.

There are simple, effective processes that can help you increase your motivation to exercise, even when the comfort of the sofa and TV is more appealing.

Weight loss medications can be costly and typically only work while you are taking them. Wouldn’t it be better to create lasting, sustainable change in a healthier, more natural way?

If there is a particular food you struggle with, for example crisps, I can help reduce or even remove the desire for it.

People who have a healthy relationship with food often consider how a meal will make them feel before choosing what to eat, especially in relation to what they plan to do afterwards.

Sometimes, unhealthy habits develop for deeper reasons. These can be explored, understood, and transformed in a supportive and non-judgemental way.

I usually recommend a course of three to six sessions to support lasting change.

I do not support weight loss to an unhealthy level. These processes can also be used to help those who need to gain weight, and I can offer support with body dysmorphia.
