My Story<\/h2><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Twenty years ago, my life changed when I was diagnosed with ME\/CFS. Before that, I was active and full of energy. I loved dancing, and going for long walks, and I had travelled around the world twice in my twenties. Life felt open and full of possibilities.<\/p>

Then everything became very small. After a relapse, I needed 24\/7 care and couldn\u2019t manage even the simplest daily tasks. For a long time, my world was very limited.<\/p>

I learned to appreciate small moments, the beauty of a rose, the giggle of my daughter, things I might once have overlooked, and that carried me through.<\/p>

Eight years later, I took a step that began to shift things. After completing the Lightning Process, I remember walking to the lake for the first time. It was only ten minutes from the car park, but it felt like a huge milestone, something opening up again.<\/p>

Even as I regained my independence, I felt a quiet pull, I knew I was capable of more. That feeling led me to study NLP, Coaching, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. During the second module of my course, I drove on the motorway for the first time in 25 years. It was another powerful reminder of how far I had come.<\/p>

As I trained, I discovered I loved helping others create change in their own lives. What started as personal growth naturally led me to support others too. I continued my journey, passing my diploma and becoming a practitioner, then I went on to the advanced diploma, and ultimately achieved master\u2019s level.<\/p>

Today, I bring together a wide range of tools and techniques to support my clients. My work is about helping people overcome challenges, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with their own strength, rewiring the mind and creating the emotional state needed for lasting change.<\/p>

My journey has taught me that transformation is always possible, even in the most difficult circumstances. And now, it\u2019s my privilege to help others rediscover what\u2019s possible for them too.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
